You take bookings around the clock. Nobody has to wait until you have a moment to answer the phone.

A slot frees up? It is offered to the first person watching for it — and held for 15 minutes so nobody takes it from them.

How long each service takes, what it costs and what break follows it. Lengths, prices and breaks are free; approving bookings before they are written is in the Premium plan.

Do you keep appointments in Google or Apple Calendar? Paste the link and we stop offering those times. We only read busy periods — we write nothing back into your calendar. Free for every business.

Copy a link and add the bookings to Google or Apple Calendar. You see them next to your own events, without opening the app.

A customer calls? You write the slot straight into the calendar. Even on the Free plan you can close that time off, so a double booking is not a risk — writing it in is from the Standard plan up.

Do not want online bookings? One switch turns your profile into one without a booking button — you are still on the map and in Discover, and customers send you an enquiry instead.

For services where you switch it on, they see names next to the slot and pick a specific person — only the times when that person is free are offered. Leave it off and we assign someone who does the service and is free.

For each service you tick who on the team does it. A slot never goes to somebody who does not do that service — not even when the customer books it themselves.

Enter a day or a from–to period and no slots are offered or written on those days. Free for every business.

Time off for a specific person — for services several people do, the slots of those at work are offered instead.

Add colleagues, set for each what they do and when they work, and the customer picks a specific person for the service. Managing yourself is free — you pay from the second person up.

Restaurants and cafes set up tables with a number of seats — the system then picks the smallest one the party fits on and keeps the big ones free for a big group. For each table you say whether it is inside, outside or under a roof; the guest can then say where they want to sit. Eight tables are free, from Standard up they are unlimited.

List the items and, if you like, the prices; anything with an end date disappears from the profile on its own — so neither the daily special nor a seasonal offer is left hanging. The whole menu can be pasted in as one block of text from elsewhere. Free.

Yoga, pilates, circuit training — set up a recurring class with a fixed number of places and the dates are generated from the schedule. People pick a class, not a free time, and once it is full the system lets nobody else in. Three recurring classes are free, from Standard up they are unlimited.

A language school, pottery, dance classes — list a course of eight sessions and a person signs up once for the whole series. If a single date is full, we let them onto none of it: half a course is not a course. If they withdraw, all their future dates are freed at once.

On your own? Set a break on the row for the day and no slots are offered in those minutes — every week. More people on the team? Block specific hours in the calendar in one stroke. Free for every business.

Pick a person and a day or a week and print their rota or send it to their internal e-mail. It carries the time, the service and a first name — the customer’s phone number is deliberately left out, because paper leaves the premises.

For each person you can publish a photo, a name or nickname, a role and a few sentences — the customer knows in advance who they are going to. It is switched on per person and only with their consent.

Put the booking window on your own site with one line of code and tune its colour and shape. The same day and time picker as on your page. Our branding stays in it — a widget without the budevolno.cz branding is in the Premium plan.

You disappear from the map and from Discover, but your page and your bookings keep working — a link from Instagram or a business card still leads where it should. Handy when you are full and not looking for new customers.

Upload photos, choose the cover and set the order — 3 photos free, more on a higher plan. Customers browse them on your page and open them full screen.

Only someone who booked with you through budevolno.cz and whose slot has already taken place can leave a rating. A cancelled or missed visit cannot be rated.

Who came to you, how many times and when last — it builds itself from the bookings, you retype nothing. Free for every business.

Issue a voucher for an amount or a pass for a number of sessions; at the visit you deduct what the customer used and the app keeps track of what is left.

How many bookings you had, where they came from and how busy each day was. One screen in the admin — no export and no PDF.

Set a discount on a service with a from–to date. It switches itself on and off; the day of the visit decides, so the discount goes to whoever picks a slot in that period. Customers see it next to the slots, on the service card and in the catalogue.

Set until what time a different price applies to a service — cheaper in the morning, say. The customer sees that price right next to the specific slot, and the booking is written with the same one.

You can add an English name to every service and variant. A foreign customer then sees your price list in English on your page and when booking. You write the translation yourself — the app never fills it in for you, and whatever you leave empty stays in Czech.

Tax documents can go somewhere other than your sign-in address — to your accountant, for instance. The address has to be confirmed by a click in an e-mail; until it is, we send the documents to your account.
